A shift is taking place.
Seasons are changing. God’s people are being moved. Roles are changing. Assignments are being reworked. For many, what once brought life has slowly been drained of its vitality. The confusion and disorientation that has bubbled forth in the people of God is no accident.
God’s people know this is true. God is readying his people for a new season.
In a recent prayer time, God spoke about this reality.
I am the one who puts my people exactly where they are to be. I am putting my people in strategic places.
The lines are being readied for battle. But this battle will be different. This fight will not be with weapons, but with light.
Soon I will release light that will overcome the darkness that has settled in on our world. Until then, darkness will look like it has won, celebrating as though it has won.
Pay attention, there is NOTHING that takes place that I have not ordained. My people will not be mocked. I will not be mocked.
The light will surely overcome the darkness, and it will do so quickly.
Do not lose heart. The darkness will not and cannot overcome the light.
Walk as children of light.
Those who have been waiting will wait no more. The new assignments being given are lifelines to the weary souls that have endured the wiles and whaling of the Enemy.
Life will look different in this light.
